With over 25 years of experience across product domains and business development, Mr. Dinesh Pappen leads Unison Consulting as President with unmatched energy and focus. His career includes tenures at major institutions like Standard Chartered Bank and Citi Bank, where he honed his expertise in financial operations and strategy. Having worked across Australia and Singapore, Mr. Pappen brings global insight to the company’s core. As the most active director, he remains at the helm of our key business initiatives, pushing the boundaries of what Unison can achieve.

Palaniappan Chidambaram is a seasoned Risk Management and Analytics Specialist, strategic thinker, and innovation-oriented technologist with deep expertise in regulatory reporting, big data solutions, and risk management across credit, liquidity, and markets. His forward-looking approach has been instrumental in shaping Unison’s reputation as a trusted fintech consulting partner for risk and compliance innovation. Beyond Singapore, he manages Unison’s entities in UAE and Malaysia, where he focuses on business growth, regional expansion, and driving technology-led transformation for financial institutions.

Having more than 18+ years of experience in Risk IT Implementation, our co- founder Ghouse Mulla is an asset to Unison Consulting. He has Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and delivering risk management products from scratch using big data technologies. Successfully implemented RISK IT and DWH systems as a system integrator for major Singapore banks such as Maybank, SCB, OCBC, and DBS.
